Geefle.com LLC — Terms of Use

By creating an account or booking a stream on Geefle.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. What We Provide

Geefle.com LLC ("Geefle," "we," "us") provides a pay-per-event live streaming service. When you book a stream, we provide you with a temporary streaming channel, including an ingest URL, stream key, playback URL, and embeddable player code. Your channel is active for the duration you select during booking.

2. Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Geefle. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Booking and Payment

All stream bookings require payment in advance. Prices are calculated based on the event duration and expected number of viewers you select at the time of booking. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Geefle.com LLC does not store your credit card information.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because streaming resources are provisioned immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for completed bookings. If you experience a technical issue caused by our platform that prevents your stream from functioning, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

5. Viewer Limits

Your stream supports up to the number of concurrent viewers you selected during booking. During the testing period before your event, viewership is limited to 3 concurrent viewers. We do not guarantee that all viewers will experience identical stream quality, as viewer experience depends on their own internet connection and device.

6. Stream Schedule and Lifecycle

Your stream channel is available from the time of payment through the end of your scheduled event plus a short grace period. After the grace period ends, the channel is automatically deactivated and removed. You are responsible for starting and stopping your broadcast within the scheduled window using your own streaming software.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Geefle to stream any of the following:

Content that is illegal under federal or Idaho state law
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
Unauthorized rebroadcasts of copyrighted material (sports events, TV shows, movies, music concerts you do not have rights to broadcast)

We reserve the right to terminate any stream that violates these terms without notice or refund.

8. Your Content

You own your content. Geefle does not claim any ownership of the video, audio, or other material you broadcast through our service. We do not record, store, or archive your streams. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast and for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or releases related to your content.

9. Embed Code Usage

The embed code we provide is for your use on websites you own or have permission to publish on. You may share the embed code with clients or event organizers for the purpose of displaying your stream. You may not resell access to Geefle streaming channels or represent yourself as a streaming infrastructure provider using our service.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your stream key with anyone who is not authorized to broadcast on your behalf. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable streaming service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our service depends on third-party infrastructure including Amazon Web Services and Stripe. We are not liable for outages, interruptions, or performance issues caused by third-party providers, your internet connection, your streaming software, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geefle.com LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geefle.com LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time — there is no subscription to cancel.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Idaho, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Do I need to be technical?

If you can stream to Facebook or YouTube, you can use Geefle. You'll use the same software you already have — we just give you a different destination to point it to.
How fast can I get started?

About 5 minutes. Sign up, pay, and your stream key and embed code are ready immediately. You can test your setup right away.
Can people watch on my website?

Yes. You get a small piece of code to paste into any website. Your viewers watch right there — no app downloads, no extra accounts needed.
What if more people show up than I expected?

What happens after my event ends?

Is there a monthly option?
